Time to get off the big island and onto the small island of Bruny Island.
A stunning photography haven nestled in the south eastern waters below mainland Tasmania is just a short drive and ferry ride from Hobart CBD will have you landing on Bruny Island, ready to explore for 3 days with two Photographers showing the way.
The island is littered with amazing photography opportunities such as The Neck, the Bruny Island Lighthouse, lush forest walks, incredible sea cliffs views and even the chance to see the beautiful Aurora Australis at night. Every corner of this island offers amazing photography scenes to capture and remember for years to come.
Everything is covered for you on this Photography workshop, you just pack your bags, get yourself to Bruny Island for a long weekend getaway from the rat-race.
After arriving on Bruny Island we will be welcomed at the Hotel Bruny Lodges, our stunning home for the next 3 days. A perfect base to travel around the island in the comfort of a private mini-bus exploring what Bruny Island has to offer. Each night you will retire in comfort after a wonderful dinner under a clear sky like no other.
You will also have the chance to take an adventure cruise on the world famous Pennicott Cruises around out into the southern ocean where you have the opportunity to photograph Seals, Dolphins, Albatros, and many other incredible scenes not seen from the land.
Places are strictly limited to 6 people only. This will be a very enjoyable photography trip, with no rushing and plenty of time to take in, breathe in, and capture stunning images of Bruny Island.

Cam is a very experienced photographer who is passionate about helping others develop their understanding of cameras and how to take the best photos possible!! During my 5 day trip to The Tarkine area of Tasmania with Cam’s tour group, I found Cam to be a fun, well organised guide who had a deep understanding of many facets of photography. I would definitely consider doing another trip with Cam!
