DSPS - Murray to Mallee Photography Workshop - March 28th to April 1st - 2025 - 8 Places Available

Time to get out into the great outdoors and explore this stunning countryside of the Murray/Mallee. 

Come and join Brendan and Cam from the Down South Photo Show for another multi-day Landscape photography workshop. And where else would we want to go than the stunning back country of the Murray Mallee region in North West Victoria. 

Known for its rustic country towns, amazing Silo Art, old trestle bridges, endless lakes and so much more. This place really is an untapped jewel of the Australian Landscape classrooms, and we'll take you there in style where you will learn everything from nailing your composition, understanding your camera and histogram, and how to shoot epic landscape scenes at all times of the day. 

Each day we will get up to watch the sun rise over the endless land of the North West region, followed by a hearty breakfast, before we head out for the day to explore the old townships, unbelievable Silo Art, the Murray River and many other photogenic locations where you can wet your appetite to your heart's content, capturing beautiful landscape images through your camera. 

The workshops will start and end in the bustle country town of Swan Hill. Guests will need to arrive in Swan Hill on the afternoon of the 27th March for a greet and meet meal at the local. The workshop will start on sunrise of the 28th March and we will complete the workshop after sunrise and breakfast on the April 1st.  

Each day will consist of photographing from Sunrise through to Sunset. The days will be full of important photograph tuition from Brendan and Cam, where you have access to every inch of knowledge that they possess. Each day we will focus on all areas of Landscape photography, to ensure that you not only walk away with amazing images, but you take away the knowledge to continue your photography journey with confidence and improved output of images you capture. 

Places are strictly limited to 8 people only. This will be a very enjoyable photography trip, with no rushing and plenty of time to take in, breathe in, and capture stunning images of of the Murray/Mallee Region.

Fitness Level Required

• Low to moderate
• Some stairs and gravel paths will be encountered
