The wild river system of the Franklin River in Tasmania.

Buried deep within the Tasmanian world heritage region, this incredible multi day journey down the river offers up some of the most unique landscapes found anywhere in the world for a photographer. Made extra famous by the legendary Peter Dombrovskis, the Franklin River was subject to intense protesting in the late 1970's due to the proposed damming of the river system. Peter's image of Rock Island Bend is credited with helping save the river from its ultimate demise.

Here is a collection of my trips down this amazing adventure.

I'll be hosting another Franklin River PhotoTour in late 2019/20. To register your interest please email Cam
